Anne L. Baum is licensed in real estate sales, and expanded into real estate appraisals in 2000. As an appraiser,
she has performed hundreds of both residential and land appraisals.
Her expertise is Hatteras Island, where she lives with her husband, Tony Baum. Anne is especially knowledgable of real
estate on Hatteras Island which stems from her background in real estate appraisals and in resort property management.
She attended North Carolina State University. She updates her continuing education annually.
